Monday was work, then a quick visit to see my father in law who is laid up in bed with a back problem.
Tuesday, Jacob needed his hearing re-assessed, so 9.00 am in the City for that, dropped him at school, met a friend for a quick coffee, home to clear the disaster area that masquerades as our home, back to school, swimming lessons, then back home.
Today, dropped Jacob at school, visited my in laws, took Bianca to the paediatrician, tried in vain to buy my favourite photo paper, back home for lunch and housework, off to the bus stop, a quick stop at the park and then home again.
I still have to fit in a check up for myself at the dentist, haircut for Bianca and a visit to the GP for Jacob this week. At least then it will be all over and done with... for this week at least. Thankfully the news has all been good! Jacob has some mild hearing loss in one ear only now, where as five months ago it was moderate in both. The audiologist felt that there was still fluid behind his right ear drum that was causing the loss, so its off to an ear, nose and throat specialist for us. Bianca's head shape was described by the paediatrician as "perfect" and for the first time EVER in three years her head circumferance is actually within the expected limits for her age group. Granted it is on the 90th percentile... but it is ON the graph and that was like Christmas in our house!!! He also felt that she had caught up on her speech development significantly... so it was all good!
So enough boring stuff from me.... some layouts....
Suzy has some guest creative team members and we have been scraplifting them to welcome them to the team. I have been wandering through the wonderful gallery of Sandra Stanton and decided to scraplift her Pink Please layout. This is a friend of mine and her gorgeous little baby Isabella.

This last one is actually a redo, but the original is far too bad to show you here. This is Jacob last October teaching my niece to pull funny faces... my sister was so NOT impressed.

GREAT scrapping! loving your pages! but I'm just exhausted reading about what you've been up to :)
You're very talented at what you do and you know what it almost made me cry. I so wish my mum could have showed me how proud she was, you're kids are very lucky. Well done! x
