Holiday catch up...

Well and truly settled back into my real life now, bags unpacked, washing and ironing is done and the summer wardrobe is back in storage for a few more weeks until it warms up down here. And the answer to everyone who keeps asking is YES we had a great time, despite the boy munchkin being quite unwell for half the time and Bianca having a cold for the other half, we had fun. We visited SeaWorld, Dreamworld, Whitewater World and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. We swam, we shopped, we soaked up the sun and just had fun being with great friends. The four kids got on wonderfully and we even made it home without a disagreement. The highlight for the munchkins... this park at Southport! And to think we spent several hundred dollars taking them to theme parks roflol.

The highlight for Mark... Snapper fishing in 27 degrees, wearing shorts and a tshirt, it is always cold when you are fishing in Tassie. The highlight for me, meeting these people...

Yes Miss Peta and Stacy came to Dreamworld with us, and trouped around all the kiddie rides, braved being pelted with foam balls in Nickleodeon Central by Jacob in the first fifteen minutes and I am sure thought we were totally crazy when we went swimming at Whitewater world. I was so thrilled to actually meet Peta in real life, to hear what she sounds like and to realise that we got on just as well in person as we do on line. Definitely the highlight for me... and now just need to get them down to Tassie...We have a chocolate factory remember ;)
