She may be more stubborn than I ever thought any child of mine could ever be, she may be grumpy, defiant and battle with me over every request... she has yelled at her brother and me most of the day, changed her clothing five times and refused to tidy up. But tonight when she was going with Mark to pick up takeaway, a ten minute trip, she put her little arms tightly around me and whispered "I love you Mama and I'll miss you"... and my heart melted. I love you too my little possum and you have brought me so much more joy than I ever imagined.

Awww Jodie, I've gone all misty reading that. You need to put those exact words on a layout. Wow. How powerful kids can be, melt us with one little comment huh?
