So Easter has been and gone, hope the bunny found you all :) We went to the Lake, spent a day painting and recarpeting. The rest of the time was spent chilling out, fishing at sunset, lots of long walks and eating way too much chocolate. Returned home last night with five loads of washing and my youngest child. Jacob stayed for an extra night with his grandparents... much to his sisters dismay. Thirty five minutes of sobbing as we drove down the highway, she was only consoled by stopping for ice cream and the promise of the portable tv in her bedroom that night. Her first words to me this morning were " I miss Jacob"... lets see if it can last after he arrives home.

That is just the sweetest thing ever. But what a special time that is for Jacob and his grandparents to have some "them" time together though. Sounds like a perfect Easter. Ice cream included.
