Trying to keep it simple...

Just a simple layout of Jacob... love Jen Wilson's stuff by the way. Not that I actually used much of it on this layout LOL!

Busy, busy, busy night! Picked Jacob up from school, rushed to swimming lessons. Rushed home, kids into shower, washing off the line, washing in the machine, backpacks unpacked. Kids dried, dressed and hair brushed. Hair is always a drama with Bianca, Jacob has a new spiky hairdo so at least one was stress free.
My in-laws came back from holidays in Queensland tonight, they survived the cyclone, so rushed to the airport.
They were very excited and surprised to see us there to greet them. Rushed out of the airport to beat the thirty minute time limit, after which the parking fees go through the roof. Rushed to McDonald's for food for two hungry children and adults. Rushed back to in-laws for coffee and chat, rushed home to put fed but now very tired kids to bed. Ironed uniforms, cut lunches, repacked backpacks and attempted to tidy house! Honestly today I felt like a mouse on a treadmill... always running, never getting anywhere.

Collapsed on the couch to watch the end of Dancing with the Stars and All Saints. Finally got round to some scrapping... not very complicated scrapping, the layout of Jacob took about a whole five minutes. If I can't simplify my life... at least I can simplify my scrapping.
