Love this little bit cheeky, totally toothless smile. He of course is ecstatic that he has finally lost both top teeth. I'm just thinking of all those months of practising the sounds from the speech therapist, telling him to place his tongue behind his front teeth... well it all goes out the window when you have no front teeth!

Still they will grow again, it could be worse ;)
